How We Keep Your Payment Safe

Secure Encryption (HTTPS): All checkout pages use TLS/SSL encryption.

PCI Responsibility: We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We route payments through PCI-DSS–compliant payment processors that tokenize sensitive data.

Fraud Screening: AVS (address verification), CVV checks, velocity rules, and risk scoring help block unauthorized use.

3-D Secure / SCA: Where supported, we may require additional verification (e.g., a one-time code from your bank).

Identity & Order Verification (High-Value Purchases)

Because our items are high value and one-of-a-kind, we may request additional verification before shipping:

Matching billing + shipping address (or proof of cardholder identity)

Confirmation via the original payment method (no third-party payments)

Signature on delivery and, at our discretion, adult signature

Shipment to verified addresses only (no freight forwarders for first-time buyers)

Orders we cannot verify may be canceled and promptly refunded to the original payment method.

Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This Final Sale policy is clearly posted on product pages, at checkout, and in our Terms (Cal. Civ. Code §1723).

Chargebacks & Disputes

If anything seems incorrect, contact us first at service@angelvisionbeauty.com

Most issues are resolved in 1–2 business days.

Filing an unwarranted chargeback for a properly delivered order may delay resolution and could lead to account restrictions.

For lost/damaged in transit, notify us within 5 business days so we can assist with a carrier claim.

PayPal & Buyer Protection

When paying via PayPal, your transaction is also subject to PayPal’s Buyer Protection policies. Review PayPal terms during checkout.

Taxes, Currency & Pricing

Prices display in USD and exclude applicable sales tax unless noted.

California sales are taxed where required by law. 

If your bank uses a different currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.

Common Reasons We May Decline/Cancel an Order

Mismatch in billing/shipping details or failed AVS/CVV

High fraud-risk score flagged by our processor

Request to ship to unverified addresses/freight forwarders

Inability to complete identity verification upon request

You’ll be notified and refunded to the original payment method if an order is canceled.
