Delivery Terms, Shipments, and No-Return Policy

1. Delivery Terms

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.

2. Shipments

We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, you must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery.

3. No Returns – All Sales Final

We specialize in authentic, pre-owned luxury goods. Due to the unique and limited nature of these items, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the item’s condition after purchase.

Condition Disclosure:

Every item is carefully inspected and fully described with photos prior to sale.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions and images thoroughly before placing an order.

California Law Compliance:

Under California Civil Code §1723, retailers must clearly post their return policy.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

All of our products are 100% authentic.

Documentation, photos, and serial numbers (where applicable) are provided to verify authenticity.

If you believe an item purchased directly from us has been misrepresented, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your claim.

Fraudulent or false claims will be investigated and may result in legal action.

5. Authentication Services

In addition to selling pre-owned luxury goods, ANGEL VISION provides photo-based authentication services for customers who wish to verify the authenticity of their own items.

Service Accuracy:

Our authentication opinions are 99.99% accurate, based solely on the images you provide.

The evaluation does not involve physical inspection of the item.

Disclaimer & Fraud Prevention:

ANGEL VISION is not responsible if someone misuses our authentication certificate for fraudulent purposes, such as:

Submitting photos of a genuine item to receive a certificate, then

Selling a different, counterfeit item while using that certificate to mislead buyers.

The responsibility to ensure that the actual item matches the photos submitted for authentication rests entirely with the customer or seller.

ANGEL VISION assumes no liability for scams, misrepresentation, or losses resulting from third-party fraud.

Reporting Fraud:

If you suspect misuse of an authentication certificate, please notify us immediately.

We cooperate with law enforcement and luxury brands to investigate fraudulent activities.

Important Note:

Our authentication service provides a professional opinion, not a guarantee, and should be used as one of several tools to make informed decisions before purchasing or selling luxury goods.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the sale is considered final.
